Account Freeze

We are allowed to freeze/lock customer accounts when meeting certain conditions such as: requests from competent authorities under the law; discovering mistakes or errors when crediting the customer’s payment account or upon request to return money from the payment service provider organization; detecting signs of fraud, violation of the law related to the payment account.
